An introduction to eastern philosophies of wellbeing, theory of self and mind, and a walkthrough your lifestyle and habits, seeking to find a lane of high energy and fulfillment. 100 Euro p/session
A foundational skill for all other practices and a powerful tool to manage your physiology and your state of mind. The mechanics of correct breathing and specific techniques for regulation. 100 Euro p/session
Introductory sessions to corporate groups, lectures and scheduled group sessions are all possible. Price on request.

We do not dwell or analyze issues and you can choose not to share the specifics of your situation. We work on the state of mind and not its content.
We assess the kind of study, practice and dialogue style that will help explore yourself.
In our sessions we explore (and drill) the principles of how the mind works, and practice specific methods to re-train it
A custom made DAILY home routine is prescribed and we check in regularly for progress and questions
We go deeper into the mind-body, understanding grows and methods become more productive and difficult
